Fun class! Fyi class is mostly couples. And the classroom gets pretty hot in temperature so wear a thin breathable layer!

The instructors do a great job making everyone feel comfortable and welcome! It is so easy to get started and it’s so much fun! The classes are loose and playful. I though it would be weird changing partners but it’s a great way to meet ppl and step outside your comfort zone. Highly recommend!
