I am very sorry but we have been a little more delayed in charging credit cards than usual. This means that you are still unable to print your Groupon. As soon as we are able to charge your credit card, you will get an email with a link to print your Groupon. Look for the email later today.

The customer service and the quality of massage blew me away. I was not impressed with either. The massage therapist acted as if they had never given a massage before and had rough skinned hands and used quick and rough strokes. Not at all like my massage therapist who usually has very soft hands and long slow strides.

It’s only one lady working there, so you can’t get a couples massage. I’m trying to get a refund, because I’ve called numerous times to schedule an appointment, and finally she calls me back and says that we can’t do a couples massage, and then calls me back today to cancel the entire appointment because she’s going to be out for 4 weeks. so flakey!

I’ve left many messages for her and she has NEVER called me back. If she’s out of town then the recording should say so. She should also hire someone to do the massages until the expiration date is over so we can use our coupons!! I will report her to the BBB. After this, she may not even be in business. Poor way to run a business!! Unbelievable!!!! I will also be going down there to talk to her next month. Wow!!

I too have tried on several occassions starting 3 weeks ago to schedule the massages that I have already paid for.
I have not even gotten the courtesy of a return phone call and at this point want a refund since this expires soon.
Unfortunately this was the first groupon I purchased and the first one I was going to use. At this point I don’t know how I feel about Groupon or the deals since they got my money and I got nothing!

This is Sharon Lyons, The owner of Rhythmic Touch Massage Therapy! I’m very sorry for the inconvenience, of not being able to contact you guys! The sale of the Groupon was very overwhelming. And I’m doing the best I can, to call people back and do 5 to 6 massage a day! It sold over 300 time 2 which means 600 massages. I didn’t know it would sell that many, and I talked with the sales person about extending the expiration date at the time of the sale it never happened. So I want you all to know that I’m extending the date for those of you who call and leave your name and number as well as people who have been in for half of your coupon. Yes my mailbox has been full at times, so if you called and didn’t get to leave your info please do. But if you’ve called and left 3 or 4 messages, please do not call again because it fills up the voicemail that way other people who are calling for the first time can leave a message. I have also been very ill, I had a surgery June 15 and my recovery time is about 4 to 6 weeks! I’m scheduling clients starting in August! I am only a one woman operation and it was Groupon’s responsibilty to make that clear in the ad, and the Groupon was not for a couples massage or two massage at the same time. I told them it was only upon availibity! So for the clients who bought it to use together, please contact Groupon! Because if you notice on the Groupon Coupon it’s states Limit 1 per perso and May purchase multiple as gifts. I didn’t write the Ad! I thank you for your patience and I look forward in meeting and massaging all of you! I love my work, and this was my first time being on Groupn so there’s always trial and error.
