I'm a little confused. Does this include full use of the Gold's Gym as well? And I'm mainly interested in the Ringside classes but what about the fitness classes offered by Gold's Gym (Yoga, Cycling, etc)?

Do you offer gloves for use or are you required to bring your own gloves? Additionally does the golds gym that is available for use have a sauna?

You can bring your own gloves or you can purchase them there. Golds Gym does have a sauna.
