Hello. I was considering the 10-visit discount. Am I free to attend any of the beginner classes, or do I need to commit to a set time/day of the week for the duration of my 10 visits?

Do you have to bring your own yoga mat or do you supply them?

i am 76 years old with arthritis. do you accomodate persons with limited skills? also, i am having trouble printing out my groupon.
