After a ride from an outpost to the cave mouth, seasoned guides and a professional geologist take groups through caverns to navigate chambers and narrow tunnels. Geologists expound on the local geology and cave formations, the oldest of which began growing more than 550 million years ago. Before setting off, participants are equipped with helmets that boast high-powered headlamps.

Caving adventures are not recommended for those with no prior kayaking, rafting, or spelunking experience, or those who do not wish to participate in strenuous physical activity.
