Hot 26 Yoga is also known as The Beginners Series - it is perfect for newbies for many reasons: the heat helps loosen the muscles so you can move more easily in the poses. The teacher does not do the class with you - she/he will give specific instructions for each pose and each student in the room works to the best of their ability. Everyone gets the same benefits no matter how advanced or novice you may be!

Hi Kathy - Yes, these will expire in 3 months from your activation date ...but if you go once a week you should be able to use them all
