Alan & Cynthia - when you come in to Big Surf Waterpark to officially receive your Season Pass (for yourself and/or children), a waiver must be signed. This process will begin in April, just prior to our season beginning. Thanks!

What is the height limit at Big Surf? My daughter will be 5 next year and need to make sure there arent any height limits to the slides, rides and pools.

Trey - there are a few restrictions on some of the rides and your best bet is to peruse the Rides section of our website at www.BigSurfFun.com/Rides. This way, based on your daughter's height, you can best determine the rides she'll be permitted on. For our famous wave pool, all children under 48" are required to wear one of our complimentary life jackets. Thanks!

Leo - yes, we do charge for everyone that comes through the entrance regardless if they are swimming or not. Thanks!

Leo - sorry for the delay. Here are the answers to your questions: Only factory sealed water is permitted into the park. Price does indeed include all slides and rides. Our Groupon coupons have no exclusions. Children two and under can be admitted for just $2.95. Thanks!
