$69 for 12 Saturday Boot-Camp Sessions ($249 Value)

Saturday Shredder boot-camp sessions take place at the AT&T Sports Pavilion. Driven by the motto "work hard to be rock hard," trainers lead participants through 35 minutes of strength and cardio circuits that efficiently burn fat and sculpt muscle. The series runs on 12 consecutive Saturdays from November 24 through February 9 and includes a choice of three sessions: 6 a.m., 6:40 a.m., or 7:20 a.m.

Rock Hard Fitness

Helmed by experienced trainer and former Buffalo State Bengals hockey captain Rocky Reeves, Rock Hard Fitness squeezes functional workouts into a convenient 30-minute package. A maximum class size of 12 ensures that each recruit receives trainer attention as well as group motivation. During strength-training sessions, exercisers of all levels bolster muscles with strength circuits, which alternate weightlifting with bodyweight exercises to prevent dumbbells from developing a superiority complex. High-intensity boot camps goad students to maximize their potential with dance, techno, and rock music that encourages shimmying betwixt reps. Core and cardio workouts then fortify heart health as they tone perspiring torsos and torch calories. Patrons should report to the Rock Hard studio for their indoor routines, which, like most psychic dentists, do not require prescheduled appointments. To help clients tackle their wellness goals as quickly as possible, the studio also offers personal training, meal-planning assistance, and Isagenix nutritional supplements.

The Groupon Guide to: Displaying Your Varsity Letter

While earning a varsity letter in high-school athletics remains cool, wearing a letterman's jacket to display it isn't quite as cool. Here's how you can show off your athletic achievement without that jacket:

  • Instead of a letterman's jacket, start wearing a pair of letterman's jeans.

  • Turn your varsity letter into something practical that you must use often, such as a swatting device to fend off all the students who want to try to become your best friend.

  • At lunch, pull out a sandwich made of bread and your varsity letter. Then tell all the people you're sitting near: "Not again, you guys. My mom keeps making me a 'reminder of my physical gifts on rye.'"

  • Do that magic trick where you seemingly disappear into a cloud of smoke and, when the smoke clears, all that's left is your varsity letter. That way people will probably carry that letter around school thinking it's you until the end of time.

  • Sew it directly onto your body. If there's ever a time to try sewing something onto your skin, it's when you're young and popular enough to get a nice ceremony should something go horribly wrong.

Hunky guys, you can appear even hunkier in public by combing your hair with your varsity letter.
