Choose Between Two Options

The schedule offers two or three classes each day, six days a week. Guests can mix and match between Zumba, yoga, cardio kickboxing, and indoor boot camp. Yoga classes of about 15 people meet to practice a gentle, flowing yoga style similar to Hatha yoga that is suitable for beginners but still challenging enough for more advance participants. Rocksteady also offers sunset yoga classes on Mondays and Wednesdays that meet on the beach.
