I used this oil change Groupon previously and was disappointed with my experience. In addition to being charged $3 for the environmental fee, I was charged $3 for having a "crossover" when my car isn't one by manufacturers' standards (a Pontiac Vibe -- if anything, it's a wagon or a hatchback). Even more surprisingly, I was charged $12.95 for the oil change itself and the Groupon was used as a $10 coupon, leaving me with a $2.95 charge for the oil change. This $2.95 is the charge I take issue with -- if the Groupon covers the oil change, why am I paying more out of pocket for the oil change?

Julie R.

im very sorry you should not have been charged 12.95 your total should have been $3.78 extra
