In the class, when talking about setting up hives, do you recommend this for people that live in subdivisions or only those that live on acreage lots? I live in a subdivision so don't have a ton of space but am interested in learning more.

A beehive can be placed on as little as 10 ft.² of land. Rules and regulations about where to place the hive apply, especially in suburban areas. Check w your city and HOA (if you have one) to make sure keeping bees is legal.
