After the pit master leads a discussion on topics ranging from meat selection to sauces, students partake in the hands-on preparation of a four-course barbecue meal. The menu features brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and fresh side dishes, which get devoured in a buffet-style feast at the end. The blend works its magic on all of Rub's Backcountry Smokehouse's meats, which include pulled pork, sliced brisket, and smoked ribs.
