Where would it say a backordered date? The out of stock rugs will no longer be available? I see the groupon doesnt expire til June 2013. If I wait is there a possibility you will have the rugs that are currently out of stock- or new designs in by that time?

HI Tracie, Many of our backordered items get replenished. However, I cannot with certainty tell you what will be available at that time.

The 3 rugs i am interested in are all out of stock, will they become available again? Can I still purchase them and wait for them to become available? What if i dont spend the full $170.00? Can I have credit towards my next purchase? Is it always free shipping? Can I combine 2 groupons together? What is the return policy? Is there a store locally I can go and view the designs and quality? Thanks

HI Tracie, If an item is not in stock and does not display a backorder date you will not be able to order it. The groupon requires you to use your entire voucher in one visit. In order for your voucher to work your order total must be equal to or greater than the promotional amount of the voucher. We always have free shipping. As stated in the groupon terms, it is one groupon per person, per order. You may not combine multiple groupons. You may view the return policy by visiting Rugs USA. The groupon is valid on internet purchases only.

Hi Suzanne, The groupon applies to any rugs on Rugs USA, however your groupon cannot be combined with any other promotion code, offer or price match.
