Choose Between Two Options

  • $20 for $40 worth of Latin American food and drinks
  • $40 for $80 worth of Latin American food and drinks for a table of five or more

The menu includes tapas such as tuna ceviche ($13), yuca frita ($8), and patacon rumba, which is smashed fried green plantains stuffed with grilled flank steak, cilantro mayo, peppers, onions, and tomatoes ($11). Entrees include shredded-beef stew with yellow plantains, rice, and beans ($20) and Argentinean-style rib-eye steak ($30).

Rumba Cafe

Along with serving tapas and other Latin American-inspired dishes, Rumba Cafe presents samples of Latin American folk cultures through photographs and paintings by local artists, plus other live Latin music. Guests share plates of specialty tapas, such as arepas, empanadas, tostones, and yuca, or can opt for entrees such as the seafood paella or Argentinean meat platters. Daily happy hours at the bar loosen up guests for dance offs later that evening, or just excited seat-dancing with each arrival of more tapas. Warm orange and red walls inform the warm aesthetic of the décor, and dark wood tables offer an elegant stage for dining and drinking.

The Groupon Guide to: Monster Weaknesses

Everyone knows that the world is plagued with real monsters, from bullying to illiteracy—but the world is also plagued by even realer monsters, from vampires to swampmen. Fortunately, you can defeat any beast real or imagined with this list of their monster weaknesses:

Monster: Werewolves
Weakness: Silver. Although silver bullets are a traditional means of felling the feral beast, blindly chucking your grandmother’s jewelry into the forest will poison their habitat for generations.

Monster: Vampires
Weakness: Wooden Steak. The vampires will foolishly bite into the delicious-looking “steak,” thus breaking off their fangs and rendering them helpless.

Monster: Zombies
Weakness: Your Friend Who Has a Goatee. He has been training his whole life for this moment. Time to shine, Zachary.

What are some surprising ways to defeat a werewolf?
