My wife and I are Corvette Autocrossers. We would like to experience the 12 lap experience but looking at the dates listed, find all except the Sept 8 & 9 dates we already have competition commitment. I do not like the potential for rainout with only one possible weekend. Any suggestions? Ed C.

What are maximum speeds for ride-along versus lap racing? A friend of mine did lap racing years ago, and I think the pace car limited the speed to around 100 mph. Do you go faster in the ride-along?

Hi Kelly, We do not make our students follow a pace car, so the speeds are not limited by that. A good student will hit 128mph, and our ride cars doing well will hit 150mph. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

If you ride along, how fast do you go on the straight aways

Hi Arthur, Our Ride cars will hit about 145-150MPH in the straights at Milwaukee. However, the real thrill is in the corners where the car carries more speed and pulls more G's than you can imagine. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE
