Questions and Answers

Will Rusty Wallace actually drive me ?

Tom V. asked 6 months, 6 days, 10 hours, and 44 minutes ago - 1 answer

Mark E.

Hi Tom, Rusty does come out to the track a few times each year, but that is usually for charity type events. For your Groupon the driver is usually an up and coming racer. Some examples of drivers who turned a wheel for us this year are Chase Austin, 2013 Indy Car driver for AJ Foyt, Roger Carter ARCA driver, Jeffrey Earnhardt Nationwide driver and others with similar quailifications. I can promise you the drivers are safe and oh my gosh FAST!! Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Do you have to be a certain height? What about age...as in, can you be too old to do this? Thanks!

Jody F. asked 6 months, 6 days, 11 hours, and 33 minutes ago - 1 answer

Mark E.

Hi Jody, Anyone 5 feet to 6'4" with a 52 inch waist or less can participate. You can't be to old, if you and your doctor think it's a good idea, so do we!! See you at the track! Mark @ RWRE

Explain the "Optional $1,000 max property damage financial liability cap available from merchant before driving for $60". If we don't purchase, and crash the car, we are on the hook to fix it? If we do purchase, and the damage is > $1000 - then are we on the hook for all but $1K ? Also, on the option where we drive ourself, is there someone in the passenger seat? Assume this is in the summer of 2013 ? thanks, Roger

Roger M. asked 6 months, 6 days, 21 hours, and 34 minutes ago - 2 answers

Mark E.

Hi Roger, Our damage policy works similar to an insurance policy, you would be responsible for the first $1000.00 everything over and above that would be on RWRE. You drive by yourself, but we use a racing radio so that we have communication with you the entire time you are on the track. Thanks, Mark @ RWRE

Mark E. answered 6 months, 6 days, 7 hours, and 41 minutes ago

Roger M.

Actually, it's another Q on this same subject... insurance. I assume the $60 liability Ins. for property damage, is only for the "You drive the car" option? Meaning No Ins. needed for the Ride-Along as a passenger option, right? Assume the professional driver is responsible for any car damage. Would like another "Mark E. / RWRE" to answer. thanks again, Roger
