Questions and Answers

Are the Cookies to Die For sampler out of stock completely? If I ordered something from your website today, when would my shipment go out? Thanks!

Nicki G. asked 4 months, 28 days, 8 hours, and 25 minutes ago - 1 answer

Marvin C.

The next available bake/ship date (the date your order is baked and shipped) is December 28. USPS Priority Mail requires 2-3 days in transit after that not counting Sundays or Holidays. Out-of-stock items will become available to order for orders that are placed on/after January 1, 2013.

Will I receive the order before Christmas?

anmol B. asked 5 months, 1 day, 4 hours, and 28 minutes ago - 1 answer

Marvin C.

If you order immediately and select a bake/ship date of December 20 or earlier you should receive your order before Christmas. After you get the Groupon certificate you have to go to www.ruths-brownies.com and go shopping for the items of your choice. During check-out the value of your certificate will be applied.

My grandson has a severe peanut allergy. How do I know if your products either contain peanuts or are made on shared equipment? I have become a super label reader but have no label to read ahead of time. Carol T.

Carol T. asked 5 months, 3 days, 13 hours, and 44 minutes ago - 1 answer

Marvin C.

While our products are not made on shared equipment, there are stores of nut products in the storage area along with our other ingredients. For instance when an order calls for a nut product it is incorporated after the batter is in the baking tray which is a "one-time use" baking tray. But while we take every precaution, I think I must advise you to show extreme caution and pass on our products. I wish I could tell you otherwise.

The information is that you get $30.00 worth of Ruth's stuff for $15.00. But what I don't know is WHAT do you get for it? 1 brownie & a cookie. Get the picture. I know I get, whatever it is for half price. What I don't know is, what I'm I getting??? Ed Morris

If I buy 4 can I send gifts to 4 different people (I can order separately or together whatever works for you)

Veronica O. asked 5 months, 4 days, 12 hours, and 52 minutes ago - 1 answer

Marvin C.

If you purchase 4 Groupon Certificates, you can place 4 separate orders on our website (www.ruths-brownies.com) each going to different people. You can apply a separate Groupon certificate to each order.

If I purchased more than $60 would I still get the 50% off?

Justina L. asked 5 months, 6 days, 19 hours, and 51 minutes ago - 2 answers

tony R.

Yes, you would just pay the difference.

tony R. answered 5 months, 6 days, 17 hours, and 48 minutes ago

Marvin C.

If you spend more than the promotional value of the certificate, you'd be responsible for the entire difference. For instance, if the total for the merchandise was $75 then you would be responsible for the $15 difference between the value of the merchandise less the $60 certificate.
