After reading all of the questions I am confused on what you consider to be a window pane: One answer in regards to a siding glass door: "Any piece of glass surrounded by a wood or metal frame is considered a pane. A sliding glass door therefore would count as two panes on the outside and two panes on the inside." or this answer "The size of the pane does not matter, interior is one pane and exterior is counted as another pane, we do clean second story windows, a sliding glass door counts as one pane and yes we will give a good wipe down to all frames and tracks!". So, is a sliding door considered two pane or one pane? Plus, what is the extra cost if you go over the 15 or 25 panes?

Hi Lacey, I am sorry for any confusion and I think I see where it originates from, the line "a sliding glass door counts as one pane" while the door counts as one pane the other side which remains motionless would count as the other pane in this sentence. The pane is a whole window, inside and out. What you're referring too is just one window.
