Hi, I have quite long hair, so I'm used to having to pay more for highlights. Is this package a flat rate amount regardless of hair length? Also, please can you let me know what 'partial highlights' entails? Is this 1/2 or 1/4 head? Thank you

Very sorry for the delay! The Groupon price will apply to all hair lengths, so you will not need to pay an additional fee for long hair. If you purchase the Groupon for partial highlights, they will be applied to both side of the head and the front and back.

What does mini highlights mean? Half head?

Thanks for the question! Mini highlights would just be a few around the sides and in the front of the hair (around 8-12 highlights total).
