I’ve been trying to buy for a friend but keep getting an error and it will not process…I am opting to print it myself rather than send as an email. Does that make a difference?

Hi Bari,
I just decided to try it again, but this time I typed a message in the message box. It seemed to work now. Do you have to type a message in order to get the gift? It seems I should have been directed to type in a message if that was required. Anyway, I wanted to get it for my daughter and did not think it was necessary to type a message!! Now that I did that, I went back and looked at “my stuff” and it looks like I now only have the gift and not the one I bought for myself! I’m really confused and definitely want to do it for myself and my daughter, but if only one is possible, then my daughter is out of luck!!

I just spoke with customer service and was told that you have bought 2 Groupons: one as a gift for someone with the initials of SB (don’t want to write out the name on a public discussion board) that is still processing and another for yourself. Both vouchers should be ready shortly.
