With the "groupon" how much would it cost to get upper and lower eyeliner for both eyes? The wording seems to state upper or lower... and only one per person... thank you!

The $99 option will just cover either the upper or lower lash lines. You can use the Groupon for one of the options, and then pay the regular rate of $300 for the other.
