Salt Spring Tours' water-borne food truck, The Pride of Victoria, docks at Victoria's Inner Harbour during the summer, serving up a selection of lunches. Customers nosh on entrees and sides from a rotating menu of BBQ, such as ribs, pulled-pork sandwiches, and fish tacos—each served with a side of homemade slaw. The vessel serves lunches Wednesday–Sunday during most weeks.
