How do I print out a coupon that has expired because they keep putting me off? I now have an appt for Jan. 5 2013 but they insist that I have the page with the BARCODE on it and I can't find it on my account? I hope you can help me. Phyllis Cox

Sorry for the confusion. When Groupons expire, they are automatically moved from "Available" to "Expired" and you can print them from there.

You can find your Groupons by doing the following:

Go to www.groupon.com.

Click on the "Sign In" link on the right side of the page, and then enter this email address and the password you used when you created your account or made your first purchase. If you forgot your password, you'll be able to reset it there.

Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top right of the deal page. Place your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Click on the "My Groupons" link to access your Groupons. To see your expired Groupons, click on the drop-down menu next to the word "Show" and choose "Expired".
