We have three rooms, which withour furniture are about 280 sq ft, 280 sq ft, and 120 sq ft and half is covered with furniure. Will you do these three rooms for $49. I did see that 200 sq ft was a limit, but was wondering if you factor in the "average" room size and the anout of furnitire which reduces the amount of carpet ro be cleaned.
