I will be bringing my 7 yr. Old son so i am especially conc erned about safety. How close do we actually get to the whales and how do u avoid hitting them? Also, do u have enough life vests on board for all passengers?

Good Afternoon. By law we must stay 100 yard away from the animals. We have never nor have I heard of anyone hitting a whale from a whale watching boat. We all do a really good job of obeying the laws put in place so hitting a whale never becomes an issue. Also by law we have to carry enough life jackets for all people on the boat. Our boat happens to carry 50 more than we should.

so if i purchase the 3hrs trip then there is no fuel charge. only the 4hrs trip will be charge 10.00 per person before the trip?
