As a graduate of the North Bennet Street School and a registered piano technician with the Piano Technicians Guild, Paul Marshall has repaired, regulated, and retuned pianos of all makes and sizes. During a stint with Kawai America and as an independent technician, he honed his knowledge of musical acoustics and aural-tuning procedures, mastering the use of intricate hand tools and woodworking machinery along the way. Now, his house-call services include regular tunings, part adjustments, and reconditioning for worn-out instruments.
