Santa Cruz CORE Fitness + Rehab's licensed massage therapists expels soreness and anxiety with 60-minute Swedish massages. Clients lounge in a becalming setting as fingers glide over limbs, loosening muscular knots with lotions, oils, and practiced kneads. The full-body treatment aims to soothe chronic aches and release pent-up toxins as it fosters stress release and relaxation. During the wellness consultation, clients meet with a wellness professional to determine the best route to reach their individual goals. Clients should show up 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and undergo a consultation. The hour includes 10 minutes of preparation and approximately 50 minutes of massage. This Groupon is valid with a core-level massage therapist, but for an additional charge, patrons can upgrade to a session with a master or elite massage therapist.
