“While the experience was pretty good overall I have a couple of of things that I think the owner should be aware of that may be issues for others as well as me. I found the music being piped into the massage room to be unusual. I am accustomed to a more peaceful type, new age music wherever I have had a massage and have had may all over the country. This was apparently music from Pandora that I did not feel promoted relaxation. I was in the first room from the lobby area and you could clearly hear people talking etc. which also did not contribute to a serene, peaceful atmosphere. I had a massage/facial combo and was left to sit in a narrow hallway between treatments in just a robe I was given. It was cool in the hallway and in general I was uncomfortable sitting there waiting. This was clearly the biggest issue and would keep me from returning again. They clearly need a better set up for people who are having multiple treatments and may need to wait a while in between them. The actual massage was average and the facial was a little better than average. I have had many massages and facials so I may have a wider basis for comparison than many people.”
