As he prepares the feast, he shares time-saving tips and techniques on perfectly roasting a turkey. He then demonstrates how to complement the bird with buttermilk mashed potatoes, orange glazed carrots, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and bacon brussels sprouts.
After the spread is complete, it won’t go to waste—students sit down and dine on the meal as the chef circulates the room to answer any remaining questions. Students receive a booklet detailing the recipes and tips to make the dinner at home in time for the holidays. The class is held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays starting November 11.
