Can I apply the promotional coupon over multiple orders? For example, I purchase the $300 of services coupon and want to have 5 Hi-8 cassettes transferred. Once done, I would like 8 DVC transferred at another time. Thank you, Tom

Hi Cheryl! Unfortunately, we can't transfer tapes that have mold damage, they would need to be cleaned prior to you sending them in. You should be able to clean them, I would recommend researching some methods. Thanks again!

How often are shipments lost? I am very concerned with sending you years of slide, photos and movies knowing that packages are often lost in transit, and we'd lose all our momentos. How often does this happen?

After you scan the photos, can I go in and rename them and copy them to another disk? Are they kept in groups or bookmarked in some way?

Karen . asked 5 months, 14 days, 16 hours, and 56 minutes ago - 2 answers

Allison J.

All of your photos will be organized online according to whatever labels you provide when you send them your photos. If you do not wish to spend your time organizing your photos prior to sending them to the business, that is totally fine. Their online gallery gives you the ability to rearrange photos within galleries, albums and sub-albums, label and comment on photos, share photos with friends and family and order reprints. Your photos will be stored online indefinitely. Should that policy change, you will be informed via email and be given at least 30 days notice.

Allison J. answered 5 months, 14 days, 2 hours, and 12 minutes ago

Nicole S.

Hi Karen! You will not be able to rename the images directly on your disc, but you can copy the images onto your desktop for editing and renaming or to copy to another disc. If you send your photos to us in titled baggies or envelopes, we will create subfolders on your disc with those images included. Please make sure to make a note in the special instructions when you place your order and we'll definitely follow your organization. Thanks for your interest! Please feel free to contact us at support@scandigital.com with any further questions.
