Questions and Answers

Hello, I have 9 VHS or S-VHS French Pal Secam I would like to convert into Digital. Can you do this? What would be the cost ?

Flibul asked 6 months, 1 day, 19 hours, and 19 minutes ago - 2 answers

Anderson S.

Flibul - We can process those PAL tapes for you. The total cost for 9 tapes at our standard transfer would $179.55 which can be covered by your groupon credit. Thanks for your interest in ScanDigital and please let us know if you have other questions!

Anderson S.

Flibul - I'm sorry, I just realized I made an error in my calculation. PAL tapes are $29.95, so the total for 9 tapes would be $269.55 and could be covered with a $300 voucher.

My tapes are VHS C. Can you work with them? I have 9 full ones, and 1 partial. How many of the $100 Groupon deals would be needed for them?

Terry S. asked 6 months, 23 hours, and 32 minutes ago - 1 answer

Anderson S.

Terry - Yes, we can process these tapes. The $100 voucher covers 5 tapes, so you would need two vouchers to cover all 10 tapes. Thanks for your interest in our offer and please let us know if you have other questions. Happy Holidays!

Koa N.

Hi Frank - We charge $0.28 per foot for super 8 and 8mm film transfers to DVD. for an order of 4000 feet, it would cost $1,120. You can purchase a $300 Groupon to pay for a portion of your order and save on the cost. If you plan to have your entire film collection transferred at once, feel free to contact our customer support at info@scandigital.com and we can help you with bulk pricing since you have such a large order. If you have any questions, please feel free to post on these boards or email us. Happy Thanksgiving!

I have 9 VHS tapes left to me by my mother. It looks like the $300 order for $115 would take care of all tapes, correct? Would I need to mail the tapes or is this process done locally in Augusta, GA?

Judy W. asked 6 months, 2 days, 1 hour, and 45 minutes ago - 1 answer

Koa N.

Hi Judy - with only 9 VHS tapes you can actually purchase 2 of the $100 Groupon deals and have enough to transfer your tapes. You will need to place your order on our website, print out the shipping label, and ship your order to us in California. We recommend using one of our UPS shipping options so we can track your shipment. If you have any questions, please feel free to post on these boards or email us. Happy Thanksgiving!
