Questions and Answers

How many negatives can you have digitised when you pay the Groupon price of $40 Thanks John

john h. asked 1 year, 10 months, 19 days, and 19 minutes ago - 1 answer

Danny L.

Hello John, it depends the type of negative you have and resolution you choose. If you're referring to 35mm negatives, they are scanned at $.58 each for normal resolution and $.78 each at high resolution. This means you can have 172 35mm negatives scanned at normal resolution for your $100 Groupon. If you have anymore questions, please feel free to send an email to support@scandigital.com

With the $100 option what is the maximum allowable lenght (hours) for each VHS cassette? Where do the cassettes have to be shipped? How many DVD copies are provided of each cassette?

Rick H. asked 1 year, 10 months, 20 days, 5 hours, and 38 minutes ago - 1 answer

Danny L.

Hello Rick! Each video transfer to DVD is $19.95 per tape 2 hours or less. Assuming each one of your tapes is under 2 hours, you can send 5 for your $100 value. You'll need to place your order online and once you have done so you'll get instructions on how and where to ship your materials. However, we are in Torrance, Ca. You'll get one free DVD copy per tape you send in, each additional copy would be $12.95. If you have anymore questions, please don't hesitate to email us, support@scandigital.com

Does the DVD we receive play on a DVD player or computer? I want to show it at work, Thanks

Angela C. asked 1 year, 10 months, 19 days, 23 hours, and 32 minutes ago - 1 answer

Hi Angela! The video/film DVDs you'll receive are meant for your DVD player. However, if your computer has a DVD burner it should be able to read it. If you have anymore questions, please feel free to send an email to support@scandigital.com
