Hi! Please clarify...in the review that's posted with this ad - the person states they used this service in 2010 and they just dropped their pictures in the prepaid box and shipped it off. It appears that's not the way the service works now - I need to pay for my own box and shipping of that box as stated in the photo-preparation procedures? Thank you!

You may use any shipping company you that are most comfortable with. However, we cannot warrantee or guarantee courier deliveries. You can send via signature confirmation and other specialty services and we do digitally archive and backup your entire order for 15-days as an added precaution. That said, the real problem is if you don’t have your pictures digitized, as then they do risk getting tucked away at home and misplaced, inadvertently thrown away, faded or lost due to fire, flood, etc. so either way there is a risk involved. Will photos slightly smaller than 4x6 be accepted or must they be 4x6? Some of my pics from 30+ years ago were developed overseas and not the same as today's standard.

This discounted Groupon deal as-is is only for scanning 4x6" photos to DVD however we do offer to scan other sizes upon submission of your order to us for scanning. Here's how: First, purchase the Groupon deal today. Then, when submitting your photos to us for scanning, select the option to scan sizes other than 4x6 on the order form for an additional fee per Groupon. This will allow you to send sizes ranging from 3x3" up to 8x10" (Please note photos must be organized by size).
