ScanMyPhotos.com .

All photographs are scanned horizontally regardless of the orientation of the photo. We do offer the service to rotate all your photos upright. This service can be added when filing out the order form. Also, Watch these useful behind the scenes photo scanning videos: http://ow.ly/1Qht9O http://ow.ly/1Ogl8X http://ow.ly/1y5Ybs

ScanMyPhotos.com .

300 DPI is good for print reproduction of the same size or for viewing on a computer. 600 DPI is better to "future-proof" your photos. As screen resolutions increase, so will your scanned images to maintain viewing quality. Additionally, scanning at a higher resolution allows for larger, crisper photo reproductions. For example, a 4x6 scanned at 300 DPI can reproduce a 4x6 or a 5x7 print whereas a 600 DPI scan can print up to 16x20. Please visit http://www.scanmyphotos.com/300v600dpi.php for more information.
