During permanent makeup applications, Scene Cosmetics’ owner, Stacey Sacco, prepares the treatment area using a two-part numbing process. Then, she applies a custom-mixed color formula based on your skin tone, desired look, and even ancestry. For the best results, the procedure may need to be performed twice.
