If you purchase the coupon from Seagrass, do they have a separate menu only for the people who have the Groupon discount, or is it the same food they are serving in the restaurant to the remainder of the people?

Will a tip, as a percentage of the actual value, be added by the waiter? And if so what will it be? This happened the last time I bought the deal at this restaurant and the tip charge was $65 for two people (more than the coupon) ! I wish to suggest that the tip should be optional.
