There is a $10 dollar travel fee applied to all orders. Our technicians offer additional services such as sanitizing of the system, cleaning of the furnace and furnace filter sales. Pricing for these services can be explained when calling to set up a appointment with a representative.

I would like to know if any additional cost besides the tax added on? On the Groupon ad says customers need to clean the air system before the techs do the job. Can you explain?

There is a $10 travel fee applied to all orders. We ask to make sure there is access to all of the vents prior to our technicians arrival.

Please provide more details on the process used to clean the air ducts. Do they take the grates off in each room and vacuum these out individually? Will they replace the grates with new ones if they are provided by the customer? Thank you

We remove each register cover one by one and push all debris into the main air duct, We use a truck mounted negative air system. We do not replace grates.

What is considered full duct system? That's too vague. Need a more detailed description. Does that include the coils? Thanks

The full air duct system is considered all of the heating and cooling vents in the home. Our technicians do have the capability to clean the air conditioning coils and the blower for you, however additional charges do apply.

If I live in 15122 what is the additional travel cost? If I am setting an appointment for my home and my daughters, 6 block away, would 2 travel fees be assessed? I would prefer to have them done on the same day. Explain must clean full duct system. What is the additional cost if I have a shared venti n the living/kitchen and a shared vent in the bedrooms with a single vent in the bathroom.

There is a $10 travel fee applied to all orders. All registers are considered seperate. The whole system does have to be cleaned in order for the cleaning to be effective.
