if we can park close and access your furnace from our truck, we can do your job - many times condo's are in the middle of a development with no parking - we need to be able to park at least 50 feet from your home

We have a floor vent under the middle of a king size bed. Do we have to move the bed or will the Sears Technician (or do they have equipment to reach under and seal as needed to clean - there is a 6" clearance)

6 inch clearance will not give us enough room to take of the vent and to run the air compressor house down - and I am sorry but we do not move beds and/or heavy furniture

What other "extras" can be purchased or are required to have air duct cleaning? How much room do you need to access a duct? Must all furniture around the duct be removed, or can the hose snake to it? if it's under a table or desk?

I have a cottage in Lorain County, and the access to the main line is in a crawl space, would this be an extra cost? Also does this process deoderize as well, there were cats in the house before and you can smell them when the furnace is turned on!

I have a 1950's Parma bungalow. The last time I had a cleaning by Sears the supervisor had to come with some additional equipment. I had been told by the first person that Parma bungalows were very hard to clean but I can't remember why. Will I have as much problems the next time and what should I tell them when making an appointment?
