What does an all inclusive ticket mean?

There aren’t any listed single game tickets on the Sounders seating chart for $37. Where are these seats? How does first come, first serve work when the rest of the tickets sold have assigned seats? What does “all-inclusive” mean? Will there be food/drink as well?

Kimberly A. – You can redeem on match day beginning 3 hours prior to first kick at the NW Box Office at Qwest Field. They will have a Groupon designated window.

Similar to the question above…I bought one for me and two as gifts but only one (no email) was sent as a gift. Will the other one that was not sent (emailed) as a “gift” be honored?
