I only see 4 course sample menus on the website. How would the 5 course differ? Also, how is the discount calculated? On the the classes page, it shows the regular price of the 4 course cooking course as $50.

The 5th course is decided by the chef .The classes listed on the page are for demo classes where there are 25-40 people.

I am on medication and can have absolutely no alcohol. Obviously, I won't be buying wine to drink, but are there any menus where there will be no alcohol in the preparation of the food?
