“Today’s Groupon gets you $50 worth of in-store purchases for $25 at See Jane Run”
What does it mean by, “Cannot carry over balance?” Does that mean if you buy something that costs $60 you don’t get the discount?
Does this also include sale merchandise?
Usually “no carryover” means you have to use the coupon on one visit only, can’t divide it into more than one visit to their store. So you could spend $100 and get $25 off but your minimum purchase to use the groupon would be $50.
Oscia – Not being able to carry over of balance means that if you bought $30 worth of goods you can’t save the remaining $20 for a future visit.
Facebook User – I am not certain about your comment, but to clarify you don’t have to spend $50 in order to activate the Groupon. If you only have $45 worth of purchases, you will still get the Groupon discount but you will leave $5 of value on the table and you can’t get a raincheck on the $5 for a future visit. I apologize if that is what you were saying above, I wasn’t really sure.

Although the technical “minimum purchase” is not $50, I don’t know why anyone would leave money on the table, even $5.
I have NEVER managed to make it out of SJR without breaking through the $80 barrier. They just carry so much great stuff! And it’s a woman-owned local business, so you can feel great about supporting it. I’m super glad to see them on Groupon!
ok, I just bought this, but now I got an e-mail from groupon saying i wont be able to print my coupon until 11/09/2010 ( as in NEXT YEAR!!!!!) are you SERIOUS or is this a typo??? Did anyone else have this same experience?
I just went to their website and they’re have a 50% off sale going on now…so Groupon’s $50 can buy much more! Or is this why the E.G’s groupon won’t print til next year????
i hope i can print my coupon before 2010. Did anyone already get theirs? And how long did it take? I wanna take advantage of the sale going on right now!
Ernestina, Rosalyn, Yuen – The email will be available to print on Monday, November 9th 2009. There is a sale this weekend and this Groupon can not be applied to that sale.
Did the email say 2010? If so, that is a major typo and we are looking into it right now. Thanks for alerting us to this issue!

Bra’s dont count as apparel or do they? :P The SJR website puts them in separate categories.
You can buy anything you want in the store with your groupon. It is not limited to just apparel.

Bummer that it isn’t available online. I live in another city, and would have gladly tried out this store online, but can’t drive to their retail store.
Ditto to Christina! I’m a Seattle Groupon fan, and shop on-line with other women’s sportswear stores (Title 9, Lucy, Athleta, etc.), and nearly jumped on this offer until I saw the fine print that it can’t be used online. Too bad they weren’t interested in broadening their customer base outside of their city.

I haven’t received my coupon and I purchased 3 hours ago!

Its a long thread to read and alot of fine print. Its not that hard to just give her the answer if you know it.
Fine, you won’t get your groupon until Monday.
Hi Christina – the Groupon is not available for use until Monday, if you purchase Groupons in error can delete an order until Midnight the day you have purchased. If editing your order is not visible on the main page where it usually says Buy, then please contact our Customer Service team via email and they will help you out! support@groupon.com.

What about the Boise, ID store? It only lists the 3 CA stores on the offer. If purchased may we also use at the Boise store?
These would make great gift for Christmas if able to redeem at all four locations!
I need a response so I know whether or not to cancel my purchase. I have two friends who love the store, but I can’t send them to CA to use their gift.

Hi Jen – I am sorry for the late response, you actually can buy this and use at the Boise store. Please send an email to support@groupon.com today (Monday) and see if you can still buy those Groupons. I am not sure if it is possible but worth a shot!

Hi, I got an email saying my groupon was ready… but I still can’t print until 2010. Has anyone else been able to print the groupon? Thanks!
I cancelled by order and am still awaiting my refund. Maybe not such a good idea to have joined this. Once I get my refund, I will be cancelling my account with Groupon.com
is this also good for the online store?
