OMG! I just went on that tour this week with work! It was sooooooooo much fun! And I wanted to go back, so that is really cool!!

Do you have to do the tour or can you go out on your own?

Can I purchase one for me and one for a friend and use both the same day?

Yes, you can purchase one for yourself and one for your friend. The limit of one per person means that each person can only purchase one Groupon to use for themselves, but you can purchase multiples as gifts for other people to use. Just make sure you call in advance to make sure you and your friend can get a reservation together. Enjoy your Segway tour!

I want to purchase this for me and my husband. He is 6’4" and 265 lbs. It says the max weight is 260 lbs. Will they still let him ride the Segway?

You are correct the fine print does state that the maximum weight limit is 260 pounds. If you purchase the deal and you are not able to go on the Segway tour because of the weight restriction you can contact the Groupon customer support team. Hope this helps!

According to their website, yes it is and they provide them.

How does the gift purchase work? I want to buy one for me and be able to buy one for a friend, but I don’t know who that is yet. You know, it’ll be something fun to do when someone visits from out of town.

You can purchase 2 Groupons for this deal and then when you decide when you would like to take your Segway tour, you would use one and your friend could use on. The limit of one per person in the fine print means that if you purchase more than one deal, you could only use one and the other would have to be used by other people. Hope this helps!

I purchase 2 Groupon for this deal and I tried the least 3 days to make appointment. I was on hold for more 1 hours and still no one pick up the phone. What should I do?
