I had 2 contact phone numbers to reach Sequoia to make a reservation, which I tried both and got no answer and voicemail was not activated to leave a voicemail. I ended up going there in person at 4pm on a Wednesday at which time the owner/manager was more than accommodating to provide us with the hookah and shisha we had purchased through Groupon. Unfortunately he was unable to provide us with the 1 lb of chicken wings we had purchased through Groupon because his kitchen wasn't open until 5:30 but we had no way of knowing this since we could not contact Sequoia Lounge in order to find this out. I suggest Groupon and Sequoia Lounge provide more accurate info in order to contact them..

We were told we could not sit in an empty booth, we did not receive our food, the server was exceptionally rude and seemed to not want to honour our groupon.......will not go back.

The groupon was for a pound of wings and 2 sheeshas. While the sheeshas were great, we received maybe 10 of the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life. There is no way they were even close to being a pound. The taste of them was terrible. In addition, I asked to see the menu because I was hungry and thirsty and we waited half an hour and it never came. Overall bad food, bad customer service, and a divey atmosphere. I will not be back.

Belly dancers created entertaining environment. Decor could be better, limited Shisha flavors, food portions small & didn't know how to redeem groupon from mobile phone - made for awkward interaction.
