If the groupon has a limit of one per customer, do you have to buy a second one as a gift and combine yours with theirs for a two night stay?

Yes, at this time that's how it would have to work. But our deal was supposed to be limit of 2 with 2 gifts, I'll see if they can change that.

Do your duplex cabins have adjoining interior doors? If two of us wanted to buy the groupons, could we essentially make one large cabin?

Yes - all of our duplex cabins have an adjoining door between the units. You could pay for one side with one Groupon voucher and the other side could be paid with another person's voucher.
