I have extremely sensitive, fair skin. Some people say that I almost have the start of rosacea, while others have told me that it looks like a skin allergy. The last time I got a facial, the person said that she was using the gentlest products and my skin still broke out in a rash. My face got a lot redder and it lasted for days. Are you able to accommodate for my very sensitive skin? What would be done to it?

Hi Dawn! Very good question. I only use Dermalogica Professional Products. They have an Ultra-Calming line that is designed for those who have very sensitive skin or who suffer from Rosacea. I have many clients that suffer from Roscea and I use this line (The Ultra-Sensitive Facial) with great sucess. I have never had a client who has had an adverse reaction to one of my facials. It upsets me that you have had this experience in the past. Let me reassure you that I do an intense client consultation before the facial and design the facial to fit your skin condition and to treat your skin with the upmost care. You will leave with softer, smoother skin that is less reactive and you will notice that you will not have any redness, itching or burning. Quite the opposite in fact!
