Massage therapist Kristen Unzen administers personalized massages to clients by combining several modalities, including Swedish, trigger-point, deep-tissue, and shiatsu massage. She also soothes the senses with a warm, essential-oil-infused towel during each appointment.

Serenity Wellness Center

At Serenity Wellness Center, there are three pathways to an inner oasis of calm; and, though each route culminates in self-awareness and stress relief, it has its own expert guide. Massage therapists Diana Menz and Kristen Unzen take clients on a journey of flowing kneads and muscular release. They combine several modalities to create custom massages for their clients, augmenting them all with the warmth of an essential-oil-infused towel treatment.

Elsewhere in the center, licensed aesthetician Afton Land steers guests down the path toward revitalizing skincare. Her facials combat a wide range of conditions using botanical ingredients, such as vitamin C and chamomile for aging and algae and seaweed for dehydration or chapped gills. She also specializes in makeup application and speedy, comfortable waxing treatments.

Hypnotherapist Jackie Spencer takes patrons down the third and final path, which winds into the subconscious. Her confidential hypnotherapy sessions strive to reduce unwanted behaviors such as smoking or overeating.
