Choose Between Two Options

  • $25 for a two-hour Painting for Singles and Couples class for two (up to a $50 value)
  • $49 for a two-hour Painting for Singles and Couples class for four (up to a $100 value)

Painting for Singles and Couples hosts painting classes for adults scheduled on select Saturdays every month. Students in the adult classes re-create a subject painting with guidance from an instructor; upcoming sessions in March focus on a cheerful floral scene, and sessions in April focus on the majestic Tree of Life. Students aged 21 and older may bring an alcoholic beverage of choice.

Seven Arts Center

A septuplet of subjects form the core of Seven Arts Center's curricula: the visual arts, literature, theater, multimedia, health, martial arts, and cooking. Through their daily classroom programs and radio station, Seven Arts Radio, the center’s teachers help adults and children across Atlanta develop into the kind of renaissance people rarely seen since Pablo Picasso made his action-movie debut. Painting classes can take the form of structured multisession courses for aspiring artists, or casual one-time events for those simply looking for a new hobby. Other classes give students tips on using computers, speaking conversational Spanish, or passing the GED.
