Hello: Are dogs boarded in small kennels or do you have any large "rooms" such as at Wag Pet Hotels in Sacramento and San Francisco. There is also a boarding facility in Sacramento called Grateful Dog, where all dogs sleep in one large bedroom together, on the floor or doggie beds, along with the owner or staff member who actually has a bed in the room and small dogs also sleep on that bed. Anything like that there at your facility? Our 26-pound terrier mix is terrified of being "caged" and screams and screams in fear (we have no idea what happened to him to create this, as we rescued him from the City Animal Shelter when he was approximately one year of age). He is a little diplomat with all dogs and people, and enjoys doggie play days. We might consider bringing him to Pacifica on our next visit, if your facility meets his needs. Thank you. Janice G.

Thank you for your question. Our facility has indoor/outdoor runs. They are all housed seperately. We do not have group boarding in the way the facilities you wrote about do.
