Commonly Asked Questions

If you purchase the Full High-Lites can you get 2 partial high-lites such as partial high lites and partial low lites?

Jessica C. asked 3 months, 3 days, 16 hours, and 21 minutes ago - 1 answer

Shannon T.

Hi Jessica. There is an additional fee for Lowlights starting at $10.00. My suggestion would be to purchase the partial foil. At your service we can add-on lowlights. To create the color you desire. Thank you for your question. I hope to see you soon.

Shannon, what is meant by 'single process coloring'? I color my hair and would need my roots done as well as all over color. Thanks

A single process color is the new growth only. All over color will be additional formulation, $10.00 for each extra additional formulation.

Hi, Shannon. Want to make sure I purchase the correct pkg.. I have shoulder length, naturally curly hair, I want to go shorter but afraid my face is too chubby, Will ask for oppion when I come in. What is the difference between low-lights and high-lights? Also, will there be an additional charge if I keep my current length or if I go shorter? Thanks, Karen

Karen K. asked 3 months, 2 days, 14 hours, and 8 minutes ago - 1 answer

Shannon T.

Low-lights add darker color to the hair and Highlights removes color to a litter shade. There would be a charge, for each extra formulation at $10.00. Shannon

Hello Shannon, did the full high lights package include the color for new growth?

Yaritza M. asked 3 months, 2 days, 13 hours, and 12 minutes ago - 1 answer

Shannon T.

No, I'm sorry. If you like to have foils, but you need your new growth color there is an extra fee. Retouch root color is $35.00. If you need few highlights. I suggest you purchase option 2 and add-on highlights starting at $10.00 and up. Depending on how many highlights you desire. Shannon

What's the difference between full highlights and partial highlights? My current stylist retired, but she would do foil-wrapped highlights through all layers, roots to ends.

Pamela F. asked 3 months, 2 days, 15 hours, and 46 minutes ago - 1 answer

Shannon T.

A full foil is all over highlights and a partial is the sides and top of the head. I only pull through the ends, if needed. My goal is to keep the integrity of the hair healthy. Sorry to hear your hairdresser retired, but a new hairdresser is refreshing. Shannon
