What does per group mean? If friends come only four can have groupons? Is this for normal class or can you get a private session if you have multiple people?

Hi! I have been to the intro class at S factor before. Does that mean I can’t get this groupon?
Would also like to know what the limit might be. I want to buy it for my wife as a gift, or would it have to be a group. And if its 4 per group, would that be 4 classes?, and if I buy it for just my wife, would I be able to buy 4 classes for her? Finally, if I could get 4 groupons for my wife, would it be repeating the same intro class 4 times?
Can this groupon be applied to a private party? If so, can we only get 4 groupons for the private party?
Is this for Pole I or the Intro class?
I bought this deal the last time and have yet to avail of it since it is expiring this march 26. Can you please extend it til September as I can’t get a convenient schedule and since I bought 2, I have yet to see my friend from Chicago this july and I’d like us to go together. please say it’s ok.

Good Morning :)
Adriana – there is no limit to how many you can purchase, just keep in mind that the offer is for the intro pole class, and there is a 6 month expiration date.
Alexis – sometimes people like to bring a large group of friends to take the classes. Unfortunately, S Factor can not accommodate personal Groupon groups of more than 4 at a time. All classes are group classes.
Aruna – you can still purchase the offer even if you have been to the intro class already.
Alex – you can purchase the offer for your wife no problem. You do not need a group. If you purchased 4, yes, they would all be for the intro class.
Sarah – yes, and yes.
Mirla – this is for the Intro class.
Is the class larger than 4 people, meaning that any one class can only hold up to 4 groupons from the same purchaser, but others will be in the class too; or is the SIZE of the class 4 people? For instance, if five of my friends and I all purhcase a groupon separately, can we schedule to all go to the same class? It is not clear from the language. Thanks!

Renee – the classes are larger than 4 people, usually 10-15. You would not be able to schedule a class with 5 of your friends all at once. Limit 4 Groupons per group.
I’m sorry, I don’t mean to be thick, but the word group, I think, is tripping a lot of us up. If I purchase one groupon, is there any reason that I can’t enroll in the same class time with my friends, if they also purchased their individual groupons, and enroll separately? Do you mean that, for each 10-15 person class, only 4 of those students in that one class can have presented a groupon? Thanks!
Thank You Chris…

Renee – because SFactor is so busy with people registering for classes, the goal here is to make sure people aren’t taking up large blocks of classes by registering 5 and 6 people at a time. If you all register separately, its possible you can all take the same class together. You might want to contact SFactor directly with that question.
Perfect. Thanks so much for your follow-up! :)
Hi – Just doing the math – with more than 950 groupons already purchased and a limit of 4 groupon participants per class and 6 months to claim the groupon, aren’t they going to run out of space? Is there any chance they’ll allow more than 4 groupons per class or extend the expiry date? Just don’t want to get stuck and not be able to use the groupon. Thanks :)
That’s what I was asking if they could extend it since I got mine the last time they offered this. But no one wants to answer me.

The limit of ‘4 per group’ refers to a private group of friends trying to all sign up together. Sometimes, large groups of friends want to all take the class at once (bachelorette parties for example). This is what the limit of 4 per group is referring to. You cannot reserve more than 4 spots in any class for a group of you and your friends.
You can, however, attend a class that may already have other Groupon users in it.
Oh great! Thank you for the clarification Chris. :)
Hiya. This is Gerri from S Factor.
Sophia P- There will be lots of Intros on the schedule to use your Groupon.
We cannot extend the offer past 6 months so don’t wait until the last minute to book it.
Sarah W- the Groupons are not for a private party. It is for an Intro class.
Alex S- we generally suggest you only take one intro class because yes she would be repeating the same class 4x if you get 4 Groupons for your wife. After the intro, there are many classes to choose from.
I hope I’ve answered some of your questions. Feel free to call us and speak to a representative!

Hey Chris from Groupon:
Wanted to know once the deal has ended that’s it? Will it be offered again? Thx.
I tried scheduling the class online but the groupon code for promo doesnt work… it says it has expired. what’s going on?
I tried scheduling a class online today and entered the groupon code under PROMO CODE but it says it’s “invalid. the code has expired”. What could be the problem?
Bought 2 of the intro classes. Used one already and LOVED it! So much fun. Can’t wait to go again.
I purchased two of these classes for my friend and I to go. Unfortunately the day before we were supposed to go to the class there was a death in my family. I called to cancel and was told that they would make an exception for me but that my friend would be unable to change the date of the class due to their policy. There was no manager available to talk with me and was told they would call me to discuss this matter. I still have not heard from them. I am very disappointed at their lack of understanding and compassion.
I can not use mine. Anyone interested in buying my groupon? If so email me at aura.angel@gmail.com. Would need to use it by this weekend. Thanks

Hello. How many of these can I buy for myself? It says 4 per group, but it does not state how many we can buy. Thanks!
